I did a brief interview about volunteering for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep on PhotoShelter – go check it out and if you’re a photographer, consider volunteering for NILMDTS!
I know what you’re thinking – a Christmas gingerbread train one week after Halloween? I was purely motivated by entertaining an easily bored 18 month old (and by the pretty display at Bed Bath & Beyond). Leland actually hates all things Christmas – especially Santa Claus and Rudolph. My husband and I were separately subjected to meltdowns when he saw them. What a scrooge!
In July, I photographed Anda & Ariel’s Chinese wedding banquet reception. These photographs were just published in The Knot Magazine Winter 2010 – Yay! (Ceremony photographs from Anda & Ariel’s wedding were taken by another photographer.)
After being on a 6 month waiting list to get my logo designed professionally by Luxecetera, I’m really proud to be able to present the new look. I was aiming for a unique presence by first saying goodbye to the Flash website and blog I had been using and secondly by learning and trying new things outside of my comfort zone.
As such, I hope this is a great new start and 2011 looks to be an amazing year.
No post is complete without a photograph – so here is the beautiful Evelyn, one of my past boudoir clients. The lighting is something I’ve been working on!
Ahhh she’s so gorgeous!
What’s going on here? Thank you for stumbling onto my site! I’m working hard to get the site up (it’s midnight!) and thought it was important to get the site out of that awful “In Construction” mode. Thanks for your patience! Please visit my blog at http://blog.zeniaphotography.com for my current work.
